Friday...gotta go home. But not yet. Big plans. Bikes and souveniers. But first a fancy comped lunch at the hotel restaurant. Nice. Beats hotel food. Oh, it IS hotel food. But better. Some bitter-sweet goodbyes. Mostly sweet. OK, lets get those bikes. Is it gonna rain? Naw. Maybe a little. Maybe a little more. OK, its pouring. Forget it, lets hit the Metro and go shopping. Union Station and cheap T-shirts across from Fords. It is HUMID. Is this Texas? No, but that's the next stop. One more interesting cab ride, grab our bags and off to the airport for ice cream. At least some of us. Ice cream, that is.
